What happens next
We confirm your butcher date. You’ll hear from us by email with the date your beef goes to the processor.
Your beef is cut and weighed. It takes about four weeks from the butcher date to come back finished.
We send your invoice. Beef is priced on hanging weight, so we can’t know the exact total until it’s weighed. We’ll email you an invoice for the balance, which is your total minus the deposit you just paid. It’s payable before delivery, and you can pay it online.
We deliver. Once the invoice is settled, we bring your beef to you or arrange pickup.
